Japanese Light Novel Translation
Summary:
Translating a Japanese light novel from Japanese into English. All translating, and editing are done by me. Localizations are only added for the Japanese phrasing that would be hard to describe to a native English speaker with little to no knowledge of Japanese culture.
Snippets of comparisons between the original and translated sections will be added once I am to that point.

Videogame Website and Database
Summary:
A videogame query website that gives videogame recommendations based on the user's input preferences. The database consists of games for Playstation 1-4; Xbox through Xbox One; Nintendo 64; Gamecube; and Wii consoles up to Fall of 2014.
Main responsibilities: In charge of mining the data for the database, designing and populating the database, and coding for the API used to link the website and database.

Context Dictionary Phone App
Summary:
The Context Dictionary Phone Application is targeted for English users learning the French and Japanese languages. This application's main purpose is to assist user's studying by returning a list of commonly used vocabulary related to a user-given subject. The returned list of words could be used as reference tool when writing, reading, and conversing about a specific subject.
Main responsibilities: Design and coding of the base application; design and population of the database; API for the database and application.
Languages: Java, MySQL, PHP.
Software/Tool(s): Android Studio, phpMyAdmin

Portable Reverse Osmosis Desalination System Project
Summary:
A project aimed at solving one of the world's leading problems. This device will provide drinkable water to coastal areas of the world who may not have access to municipal supplies or reliable electricity.
Main responsibilities: Designing the automated central control unit of the device as well as various other designing tasks.
The simulated physical appearance of the unit.
The objective tree for the unit. The goal was to reach at least 80 percent of these objectives in the final stages of the unit.
The chosen solution (System Concept 1) and three other alternate solutions to the problem.

Blender Movie Animation
Summary:
An original theatrical movie trailer made entirely in Blender for a final project for Multimedia Development Methods class.
Main responsibilities: Creation of the two main characters (Darx and Princess Evelina); design layout of all three scenes; character animation; creation of the plot and script; sound editing
